1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing festivalsortspark.buzz, purchasing event passes, or attending events organized by Festivalsortspark Events & Cultural Foundation Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from purchasing tickets or utilizing our platform.

2. Event Attendance & Conduct

All attendees must adhere to host museum policies and preserve the integrity of displayed masterworks. Guests are expected to maintain appropriate nocturnal decorum. Photography regulations vary per event and will be announced by the curator prior to entry. Flash photography and unauthorized tripods are strictly prohibited in all gallery rooms.

3. Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Nocturne event passes are transferable with prior written notice to our concierge team at least 48 hours prior to the event date. Due to strict venue capacity caps, pass cancellations made within 72 hours of the event commencement are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by the foundation.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand logos, web design architecture, editorial content, and gallery guides displayed on festivalsortspark.buzz are the exclusive property of Festivalsortspark Events & Cultural Foundation Ltd. and protected under UK copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Festivalsortspark shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from event attendance, venue schedule adjustments due to unforeseen heritage conservation needs, or external transport disruptions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Courts located in London, UK shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
